At 3Dmagination, we are dedicated to providing advanced training and services in 3D and 4D imaging solutions, to meet the increasing demand for these techniques and make a positive social, economic, and environmental impact.
Our “3D-magination” for a sustainable future is to shape and change the world we live in by generating world-class knowledge and bringing engineering to life.
That is why our mission is to train a new generation of scientists and engineers by showing them inspiring practical applications of the way science can impact our economy and society.
Who we are
3Dmagination is a passion story materialised after two French scientists, who happen to originate from the same town in South-East France, met at the Diamond Light Source, Oxfordshire. The company was conceived based upon creative ideas, endless exchanges and passionate debates about how to push and expand the boundaries of 3D imaging to overcome the challenges we are facing now or will probably have to face in the future.
Our Team
Kamel graduated from Mines ParisTech with a PhD in Materials Science & Engineering. With a real passion for 3D imaging and a multidisciplinary background in mechanics, materials, modelling and manufacturing, Kamel’s research has benefited the glass industry and healthcare economy. Passion for science, sustainable innovation and education are his main driving forces which are at the heart of everything he does at 3Dmagination.

Trained engineer and doctor in "Materials Science and Engineering", Loic was initially trained in 3D imaging and quantification in the MATEIS laboratory of INSA Lyon.
With almost 10 years experience in the field of 3D imaging and everything around it, his vision for 3Dmagination is to share his expertise in order to help people and companies get the most out of their research.
